In this episode, After putting Scrapper into the rubbish bin to keep him out of the way while he decorates, Mr. Bean thinks Scrapper had been crushed to death in the rubbish collection vehicle by the waste collector after emptying the bin. When there are no cats that look like him, Mr. Bean goes to a S.O.S. cat house and sees a cat that looks like Scrapper to which he lets the cats out as a distraction for the owner, steals her cat and makes him look like Scrapper. When Mrs. Wicket discovers the deception, she throws Mr. Bean out and sees Scrapper alive. Bean then decides to return the owner's cat, but gets caught and is ordered to fix the wallpaper decorating at the cat house as a punishment.
